Not only did I share my knowledge from my position as an industrial physician and doctor promoting exercise therapy, but also from my own experience running medical fitness centers as the owner of CrossFit Aoyama, a designated exercise therapy facility.


I believe this will be a good opportunity for medical fitness and designated exercise therapy facilities to become even more widespread in the future.
